The PDF file of the guide is created with the free Bullzip PDF Printer. The PDF guide is printed from Internet Explorer 8, with a page setup configured to use A4 paper size, blank header and “&b&p&b” footer. You can print out the guide using other paper sizes, but page breaks in the guide pages have been inserted to lay out the guide for A4 paper size.
