Zynewave uses share-it! to handle secure online payments. Payment options include credit-card, PayPal, wire transfer, check and cash. If you experience problems with ordering through share-it!, please email info@zynewave.com to inquire about direct payment via PayPal.
If you are a private customer resident in the European Union you will be charged an additional 19% VAT. If you are purchasing for a company you can enter your VAT ID on the order form to exclude VAT.

License Transfer
Zynewave does not allow you to sell or transfer your Podium license. This restriction allows Zynewave to eliminate the time and cost required to administrate license transfers. It helps to maintain the low Podium purchase price, and also allows Zynewave to devote time better spent on the continued development of Podium.

Zynewave recommends that you try the Podium demo on your PC and make sure that everything is working. There is always a risk that different hardware configurations can cause unexpected problems. Zynewave does not offer a refund of your purchase if you find that Podium does not work on your PC.
No software activation is required to install and use Podium. Different types of copy-protection are today widely used in the software industry. Copy-protection systems are however a nuisance to everyone except those that use illegal cracked software. Zynewave has chosen not to implement any copy-protection in Podium.

Expiring Upgrade Period
In the last month of your upgrade period you will receive an email with an expiration reminder. If you let the upgrade period expire you still keep your Podium license and you can continue to use the Podium releases you downloaded during your upgrade period. You can at any time in the future purchase an upgrade period renewal.
System Compatibility
Shortly after your order has been processed you will receive an email from share-it! containing a download link to the Podium software. Your forum account will be added to the VIP member group within 48 hours. You will receive an email from Zynewave once this is done.
A Podium software license costs 50 US$ which includes one year of free software upgrades. Each additional year of upgrades costs 35 US$.

You will need multiple Podium software licenses if you are purchasing on behalf of more than one user. In that case you should create a new forum user account for each license you require, and then go through the purchase procedure for each user account. If you have special requests about multiple licenses please contact Zynewave.
Multiple Licenses
To purchase a Podium license you first need to create a user account on the Zynewave forum. Once you have a user account you can purchase a license with an extendable upgrade period. Your user account is assigned to a VIP member group until your upgrade period expires. Being a VIP member gives you access to the VIP Lounge forum where you can download the Podium software.
On the registration form you enter a username and an email address. The username can be any name you like. Your email address will not be visible to other forum visitors. Please make sure you enter a valid email address, as this will be used to notify you if you subscribe to release announcements or if your upgrade period is about to expire.

If your upgrade period has expired and you want to purchase a renewal please send a blank email to upgrade@zynewave.com and write your forum username in the email subject line. Once Zynewave has verified that you are a Podium license owner you will receive an email with a link to the order form.
Upgrade Versions
Podium uses the standard x.xx version numbering system but the concept of major versions does not apply to the Podium development. Updates are released with a few weeks interval and each release is a 0.01 increase of the version. This means you don't have to worry about major version upgrades when deciding when to purchase.
