I believe I've found a bug.

Create a 1 bar event.
Follow it with a 2 bar event
Click on the 1 bar event
Press the insert key
A copy of the 1 bar event will appear on top of the 2 bar event instead of appearing after the 2 bar event.

I'm using version 2.40
