Hi Frits,

I hope you use the holidays to find some time for you and your family.

There is something I have already asked for some months ago. Now, when I saw the embedded editors in the mixer, this one came to my mind again. It would be very cool and comfortable if we could "quick-edit" the zEq plugin by simply clicking into the interface. This clicking could then, according to the position of the click, create one of the zEq bands and could be simply moved throughout the interface. This is something I saw in Cubase, and it really helps with quickly eq'ing tracks. Ok, this only saves 6 mouse clicks at maximum, but this feature would be very nice to have.

But first: Merry Christmas! Smile

Max

P.S. I really like 2.24 beta!

Do you mean it should only take one click to enable/disable bands? Otherwise Santa (oder besser das Christkind) already made your wish come true, I'd say. Wink

If you read on a bit:

Beta4:

Made several changes to the appearance and mouse actions of the zPEQ editor:
The embedded rack and mixer editors will not show the parameter fields, but will instead show a popup with info for the band closest to the mouse cursor.
The curve is drawn centered around 0dB.
Moving the mouse in the display will highlight the nearest band handle.
Double-click the background to enable the next unused band.
Double-click a band handle to disable the band.

Right-click to show a band type menu for the nearest band.
Click to drag frequency and gain of the nearest band.
Alt+Click to drag the Q value of the nearest band.
