, another moikkelis corner in the Podium Universe 😛

Well I did vote no as well. Frits can make some really quick implementations based on user feedback. But I think he sensibly tries to keep things focused for each release and already has a long term view as to what will be going into Podium over the next 3 – 9 months or more. He already has a very good idea as to what he will be doing for quite a few months yet.

I think he has done a fantastic job of balancing user FR’s with his own view of what Podium should be. A really great job so far I must say.

Some flexibility for change is built into that plan (based on my own experience with FR’s here) but simplifying Sidechaining in Podium while welcome, is not for most people here the most important thing for 2.19 or even 2.20 e.t.c

That does not of course mean your opinion is not as valid as anyone here moikkelis, just saying that it’s very unlikely to be a main priority for most PDM owners here.

I personally have a long list of things (all my current FR’s in one place) that I would like to see in Podium before a more simplified form of sidechaining is offered.

There are currently 3 different types of Sidechain Tutorials to read up on while you wait for an easier way to sidechain (you can always save your side chain set up as a track template so no need to repeat the effort every time).
